Step by step instructions: Follow the A30 from Exeter to the Hayle roundabout (McDonalds/Costa)

1.     Exit by the 4th exit towards Hayle B3301

2.     Take extra care at the double roundabout after Lidl, everyone is confused!

3.     In Hayle follow the main road up Foundry Hill on the B3302 to St Erth Praze and Leedstown

4.     In Leedstown take a right on the B3280 to Townshend

5.     In Townshend take a left to Godolphin Cross

6.     Pass through the Cross roads at Godolphin Cross, we are the last cottage hidden on the right, just after the 30mph sign.
