Near to National Trust Godolphin House and estate; centrally located in Cornwall, 10 minutes, (5 miles drive) to the beautiful Praa Sands beach on the south coast of Cornwall. It is perfectly positioned to get to most locations in West Cornwall, St Ives, St Michaels mount, Falmouth, Penzance, The Lizard, The Helford and Lands End.
Your living Space
A beautiful double bedroom with ensuite and private entrance is part of a historic house built in the 1850’s. Newly renovated, ensuite, oak floor, private entrance and garden area. Equipped with a wardrobe, kettle, mini-fridge, crockery and cutlery basics, but no cooking facilities. Complimentary tea/coffee/milk on arrival.
We have a seating area in the garden, so that you can make the most of the Cornish sunshine and peaceful surroundings.
Access
Large off street parking area. We are located in a great spot to reach all West Country locations. We also have a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house.
Eating out
Plenty of great places to eat and drink in the nearby Gastro village of Porthleven (12 minutes drive)-advanced booking advisable for the restaurants. Queen's Arms in Breage also serves food (8 minute drive). Closest is the historic Godolphin House which has a cafe open 7 days a week.
